Cash or card?
Order your foreign notes cash and reload funds onto your *existing TravelWallet card in one form
*Kindly note that the issuance of new TravelWallet cards has been discontinued. Personal customers can order a Shyft multi-currency card for travel purposes.
How it works
- Complete and sign a fax and email indemnity with your Relationship Manager/Banker before placing an order with Direct Delivery.
- Email a completed and signed Direct Delivery form to Direct Delivery stating the currency and amount you want in foreign notes, or value to be reloaded onto your existing TravelWallet card.
- Foreign currency notes and the reloading of the existing TravelWallet card/s can be ordered on the same application form.
- For personal travel, get a Shyft multi-currency card.
- Direct Delivery will call you to confirm delivery date and time.
- Your order will be processed at the ruling rate, at time of processing, the day before delivery.
- Your account with us will be debited the day before delivery with the Rand cost of your forex.
- For orders placed before 2 p.m., we will deliver your forex during the next working day at your business premises.
- For orders placed after 2 p.m., we will deliver your forex on the second working day.
**Direct Delivery is offered only on Professional, Prestige, Private and Signature accounts
