We're looking for talented individuals to join our Risk Management division as Graduate Trainees.
The aim of our 18-month Graduate Programme is to equip you with skills and experiences deemed necessary to set you up for becoming a skilled Risk Practitioner, with guidance and support from Senior Executives & Managers who run the Risk Management portfolios.

Product
- Supports various mathematical, statistical, and simulation techniques to answer business questions within specific areas of focus. Develops modelling solutions that enable the forecast of quality data outcomes. Ensures that volumetric predictions are modelled so that resource requirements are optimally considered. Supporting reporting production ensuring sustainable and effective modelling solutions.

Technology & Architecture
- Assists in building machine learning models from and utilises distributed data processing and analysis methodologies. The Fraud Risk Management (FRM) Technology, Data and Analytics team provides Fraud technology support as well as data and analytics insights for the business.

If your application is unsuccessful for your preferred programme, but you meet the criteria for another, we'll invite you to a video interview for that programme.
Candidates that are successful at the interview stage will be asked to complete psychometric assessments. The successful candidates will then proceed to the next step.
The selected candidates will then be invited to an Assessment Center or a final round interview with business depending on the Programme needs.
